About The Workshop

GIRL POWER provides fun, creative and interactive well-being workshops for girls. Our workshops are based on positive psychology principles and delivered by way of interactive and engaging activities. Girls come away from our workshops knowing themselves better, understanding the power they have over their own lives and with increased social awareness.

In this half-day workshop, we will help girls develop a positive approach to embracing challenges and setting goals.

Topics include:

🌟 Challenging negative thoughts

🌟 Goal setting

🌟 Dreaming Big 

🌟 Self-compassion

The content will be explored in a safe and supportive environment as we engage in vibrant discussion, creative activities, art/craft and group work.

Morning tea provided. Suitable for girls 12 - 16 yrs.
