In this Privacy Policy, Company, us, we or our means JMC Enterprises Pty Ltd (trading as 'Girl Power Workshops' (ABN 64105012459). We are committed to respecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy sets outs out how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act.

By providing personal information to us, including by purchasing event tickets indirectly from one of our ticketing partners, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any other arrangements that apply between us. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing changes to it on the www.girlpowerworkshops.com.au website. We encourage you to check our websites periodically to ensure that you are aware of our current Privacy Policy. We only collect personal information for purposes which are directly related to our services, functions or activities and only when it is necessary for, or directly related to our purposes. If you do not provide this information we may not be able to provide you with some or all of our services, including attendance at our workshops.

To whom do we disclose your personal information?

In order to improve future programming and marketing, we may use or disclose ticketing information with other companies and agencies for research purposes. We will only disclose this information where we have aggregated and processed the information into a format such that you will not be able to be identified.
