SHINE YOUR WAY TEEN WORKSHOP - Sun 21st March

GIRL POWER provides fun, creative and interactive well-being workshops for girls. Our workshops are based on positive psychology principles and delivered by way of interactive and engaging activities. Girls come away from our workshops knowing themselves better, understanding the power they have over their own lives and with increased social awareness.

In this half-day workshop, we will help girls develop inner confidence, a positive mindset and understand the connection between a healthy mind and a healthy body.  

Topics include:

🌟 Celebrating individuality

🌟 Identifying strengths

🌟 Flipping negative thoughts

🌟 Positive body image

The content will be explored in a safe and supportive environment as we engage in vibrant discussion, creative activities, art/craft and group work.

Morning tea provided. Suitable for girls 12 - 16 yrs.
